About Us

Almost a decade ago, I bought my first buy to let property in the thriving market town of Witney, in Oxfordshire and that’s where the story begins.

Shortly after, I bought a further two buy to lets in the Cotswold area and over the following years I launched a holiday property business, developing and letting properties in the UK and overseas.

The Dream Home

From there, I began to source second homes and buy to let properties for clients, and in some cases worked with them throughout the purchase process, right up to advising on furnishing and marketing the property.

Over the years, I have also worked with clients to find their ‘dream home’, managed investment opportunities for clients looking to launch or expand their portfolio and worked on numerous property development projects. In fact, it’s hard to decide which aspect of the property world is my favourite but, whatever I’m working on, my focus is always on those finer details.

What Sets Us Apart

I feel my contracts background is what sets Cotswold Property Partners apart. My first career was as a contract manager for a global consultancy firm for twelve years, and this has been hugely beneficial when it comes to the due diligence aspect of the property world. We’ve all heard those horror stories of market crashes, negative equity and huge losses, but I firmly believe that asking the right questions from the start can make a world of difference. Whereas many people find the due diligence process tedious and time consuming, for me, there’s nothing better than digging into the details and asking those tricky questions that reduce the chance of problems surfacing further down the line for our owners, landlords or investors.
